Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only offered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

With all tags, labels, and packaging intact


Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Non-Refundable Items

Customized or altered products

Items purchased during sales or promotions

Products with signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery


Claim Procedure

1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product.


2. Our team will evaluate the claim within 2–4 working days.


3. Once approved, you may choose between:

Refund (processed through your original payment method)

Store credit for future purchases

Exchange, subject to availability

 


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchange & Size Issues

Exchanges for size or design changes are allowed if stock is available.

Courier charges for exchanges based on customer preference are the buyer’s responsibility.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
